Llanfairfechan is blessed with a wide variety of activities and clubs to suit all tastes and ages. The town was developed in the late 19th Century as a Victorian holiday resort, thanks to it’s safe bathing and fresh sea air. Much of the town’s character remains, and this is evident in the range of activities available.
The town’s 9 hole golf course, all par 3’s with many holes over 200 yards, is situated on the hillside with some beautiful panoramic views. Many banks in front of or behind some of the greens require considerable skill in pitching. In all, the course makes a challenging test of the golfer’s driving accuracy. The clubhouse is happy to welcome day visitors.
The Clubhouse has facilities that include changing rooms, a licensed bar, catering is also available. (at specific times and events or by prior arrangement)
